Cuttr AI provides advanced AI-powered hair analysis and styling services, including:

• AI Hair Analysis: Sophisticated facial feature analysis and hair characteristic assessment using machine learning algorithms
• Personalized Recommendations: Customized hairstyle suggestions based on facial structure, hair type, and personal preferences
• Virtual Try-On Technology: Real-time hairstyle visualization and virtual styling experiences
• Style Library: Extensive collection of hairstyles, trends, and styling options
• Consultation Credits: Credit-based system for accessing premium AI consultations and advanced features

Service Availability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Account Creation

To access our services, simply sign in with your Google account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Account Security

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will permanently remove all your data including uploaded images. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

Credit-Based Model

Cuttr AI operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed for premium features:

• AI Consultations: Advanced hair analysis and personalized styling recommendations
• Virtual Try-Ons: High-quality hairstyle visualization and virtual styling sessions
• Premium Features: Access to exclusive hairstyles, advanced customization, and priority support

Credit Packages and Purchases

Credits are available in various packages through in-app purchases processed by app store platforms:

• • All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• • Credit packages vary in size and pricing to accommodate different usage patterns
• • Credits do not expire and remain valid for the lifetime of your account
• • Certain features become permanently unlocked after your first credit purchase
• • Pricing may vary by region and is subject to applicable taxes

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by the respective app store platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store) according to their terms and conditions. We do not directly process or store payment information. Billing disputes should be directed to the appropriate app store customer service.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit package pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased but will apply to future purchases. Users will be notified of significant pricing changes through in-app notifications.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Cuttr AI are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Credit Packages: All credit purchases are final once processed
• In-App Purchases: All transactions processed through app stores are non-refundable
• Used Credits: Credits consumed for services cannot be refunded or restored

Customer Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction:

App Store Policies

Since purchases are processed through app store platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store), their respective refund policies may still apply. Any refunds through app stores are subject to their terms and processing procedures, independent of our no-refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You will:

• • Provide only your own photos or images you have explicit permission to use

Content Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of photos and images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images for the sole purpose of providing hair analysis and styling services. We do not share, sell, or use your images for any purpose beyond service provision.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and take any other action we deem appropriate to maintain service integrity and user safety.

Our Intellectual Property

Cuttr AI and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Wizetech and protected by intellectual property laws:

• Software and Algorithms: All AI models, machine learning algorithms, and software code
• Design Elements: App interface, graphics, logos, and visual design components
• Content Library: Hairstyle database, styling guides, and educational content
• Trademarks: Cuttr AI name, logo, and associated branding elements

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cuttr AI for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with detailed information for investigation.

Cuttr AI is provided for entertainment and styling guidance purposes. Important disclaimers:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUTTR AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WIZETECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF CUTTR AI.
